A young growing company

We, Ulrika and Janna, met at a property event some years ago and kept in contact, later on we decided that we compemet eachother very well and we decided to merge and start Nordic Property Partner. The start have been slow but steady, we have made a lot of mistakes, learned alot, created a fantastic powerteams of sourcing agents, project managers, and mortgage brokers and luckily been able to also make some proftits. Now we are more than reday to step up the speed.

We are currently focusing on Rent 2 Rent Joint Ventures where we go in with the Capital, but of course also with a lot of knowledge and support. But though we have a clear focus this year , a good deal is always a good deal and we don’t turn those down.
